Following strategic restructuring in 2014, leadership consolidated under Mr. Waseem Ahmad, P.Eng., who has since driven the company’s growth alongside a dedicated management team. In 2018, Lyceum Engineering & Construction Pvt. Limited was established in Pakistan as a sister company to support expanded project execution, with further organizational strengthening in 2025 through the addition of new directors and enhanced governance.
